TECHNICAL NOTES
Vinemaking is traditional with short macerations. Once the wine is finished, the alcohol-free process is carried out, seeking expressions of fruity aromas and a balanced, smooth body. Maintaining the style of the original wine, in this case a classic Cabernet Sauvignon.
TASTING NOTES
Cherry red color with bright violet edges. Aromas with notes of cedar, leather, blackberries, and spices. The palate is fresh, smooth, and naturally light. Due to its variety, the finish, with medium-high acidity and berry flavor, feels velvety and lingers for long moments on the tip of the tongue. Its ripe tannins from the Cabernet Sauvignon are soft and well-balanced, creating a harmony that makes it addictive, leaving you wanting more.
SERVE
Serve at 12°C. Open and aerate in a glass, use an aerator, or open the bottle 15 minutes beforehand.
It pairs well with red meats or simply enjoy it chilled on a summer afternoon.

TASTING NOTES
Pale golden color, with intense aromas reminiscent of grapefruit, with hints of wood and citrus flowers, and delicate fresh herbal notes. This is a flavorful wine with firm, very refreshing acidity, elegant, and leaves fresh aftertastes with a persistent, aromatic finish.
SERVING
Serve at: 10º to 11ºC. Recommended for seafood, fish, vegetable stews, and omelets, or simply as an aperitif.
