The grapes were hand-picked and carefully transferred to the winery in individual trays. Ninety-two percent of this wine is kept in stainless steel tanks to maintain the fruity aromas characteristic of the variety, while the remaining 8% is aged in American oak. To maintain most of its natural characteristics, only gentle filtration is applied just before bottling.
