RESERVA CABERNET SAUVIGNON

VARIETY  RESERVA CABERNET SAUVIGNON – DO VALLE CENTRAL

VINEYARDS

Vineyards located in the southernmost part of the Maule Valley on thin, clayey soils. Warm, dry summers ensure perfect fruit ripeness.

Vineyard yield: 18 tons/ha.

TECHNICAL NOTES

The grapes were hand-picked and carefully transferred to the winery in individual trays. Vinification takes place over 10 days at temperatures ranging from 27°C to 29°C, seeking expressions of fruity aromas and a balanced, smooth body. 85% of this wine is kept in stainless steel tanks to maintain the fruity aromas characteristic of the variety, while the remaining 15% is aged in American oak.

TASTING NOTES

Red color with a deep violet hue. Aromas typical of the variety are intense. Very fruity with aromas of plums, dried figs, tobacco, vanilla, and sweet chocolate, with hints of coconut and wood. Complex aromas of wood and fruit. It’s a well-balanced, smooth, and pleasant wine, with flavors typical of Cabernet Sauvignon, very pleasant and elegant.

SERVE at 17°C. We recommend it for immediate consumption or for several years. It pairs well with beef, stews, and pork.
